Plastic Star Will Poulter Talks Kissing Jennifer Aniston And Beating Lupita Nyong'o At The BAFTAs

Will Poulter has had a pretty incredible year, with the 21-year-old Brit star sharing an on screen kiss with none other than Jennifer Aniston and beating big names to a BAFTA award back in February. EntertainmentWise caught up with the actor at the premiere of his new movie Plastic last night to talk about the highlights of his incredible rise to stardom.

Will stars with a bunch of British talent in Plastic, a comedy crime caper that teams him up with Downton Abbey actor Ed Speleers, Game of Thrones star Alfie Allen, Hollyoaks graduate Emma Rigby and fellow up and comer Sebastian de Souza.

The action movie follows a group of students who fall foul to a sadistic crime boss who gives them two weeks to raise £2 million, prompting the Brits to jet to Miami and target Florida’s big spenders.

Plastic follows a series of big screen outings for Will whose biggest role so far is in the 2013 comedy We're The Millers, in which he famously shared a three-way kiss with Jennifer and Emma Roberts. When we congratulated the actor on the trio's recent MTV Movie Award win for the snog, he was quick to tell us "you know what all I can say is that I just felt sorry for Jennifer!"

"Screen kisses are always more awkward and less enjoyable than they would appear. You just feel a little bit sorry for the person opposite you".

As well as the MTV gong, Will also scooped the BAFTA Rising Star award in February, beating 12 Years a Slave Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o to the prize.

"That's a little bit crazy", Will admits of his win over the Academy Award darling. "That feels like an injustice! She's incredible. Lupita's an amazing actress and I'm really happy for her to win that [the Oscar] in her first performance, it's unbelievable".
