Ben Affleck's Batsuit Woes

The new Batsuit may look great, but it’s apparently not the most comfortable costume in the world… as Ben Affleck is reportedly having trouble using the loo.

According to The Daily Star, the 41-year-old Batman is having a few problems with his all-new Batsuit… and that includes an epic struggle just to use the bathroom.

"He’s constantly trying to avoid going to the toilet because it’s such an ordeal," said a source close to the film.

"The entire production has to stop and begin the tedious process of peeling the suit on and off. It’s not an ideal situation."

The thought of having to wait to use the loo while numerous crew members peel off your clothes is likely to put off most people from even considering the job of Batman… and it’s certainly made me think twice about pursuing a career as a crime-fighting vigilante.

Of course, Batman fans will remember that Val Kilmer complained of a similar ordeal when he donned the legendary Batsuit.

"In between takes, you’re like a mannequin," Kilmer revealed "You’re in a kind of lounge chair, and you’re like, ‘Daisy, can I have some water?’ No one comes. It literally has to be fed in… you have to have a straw. You need help going to the bathroom."

But that’s not all. It looks as though Affleck’s Batsuit is so restrictive that he’s finding it difficult to perform the most basic tasks.

"The suit is extremely restrictive," said The Daily Star’s inside source. "Ben finds it hard to perform basic tasks and struggles to look natural. He’s also been complaining of problems with breathing, given how tight the suit is."

Obviously, that’s not an ideal situation - especially given how athletic he’s likely to be while duking it out with his super powered opponent. Let’s just hope Batman happens to be packing some Kryptonite.
