Zoolander 2 Was Announced In The Most Amazing Way

Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson just announced ‘Zoolander 2’ at Paris Fashion Week by hitting the catwalk in character as hapless male models Derek Zoolander and Hansel during the Valentino show.

Vogue confirmed that the long-awaited sequel to the 2001 comedy is officially gearing up for production right now with filming set to begin in Rome “any day”. The fashion mag also shared pictures of the two actors hamming up with the magazine’s editor Anna Wintour before the show.

A flurry of tweets and Instagram posts showing the pair at the show were shared this afternoon and this was promptly followed up by confirmation from Paramount that the sequel is officially happening.

Stiller and Wilson closed the fashion show walking the catwalk in typically garish garb to the tune of The Human League’s ‘Don’t You Want Me’ to the rapturous applause of the assembled fashionistas. It’s not yet clear whether they were filming a scene for the movie or it was just the announcement, but either way, Derek demonstrated that he still can't turn left...

Paramount Pictures announced that ‘Zoolander 2’ is coming to cinemas on 12 February, 2016.
