Chloë Grace Moretz: I Was Too Busy Acting To Ever Learn An Instrument

The star of new teen weepy ‘If I Stay’, Chloë Grace Moretz, has revealed she was too busy being a child star to ever have music lessons.

Watch our video above for the full interview.

"All my extra-curricular time went to this, into acting, from when I was five years old onwards," she wistfully shares.

Moretz, 17, has been acting since 2004 and has since starred in over 35 movies. It’s an impressive record for the star who recently revealed she was unlikely to return to her iconic role as Hit Girl for a third ‘Kick-Ass’ film, with piracy to blame for poor box office returns.

In ‘If I Stay’ she plays Mia, a young girl (and talented cellist, hence the music question) who has an out of body experience after a car accident.

Moretz will next be seen in ‘The Equalizer’, a tough gritty reboot of the classic Edward Woodward TV show.

'If I Stay' is in cinemas now.
