Chris Pratt Is VERY Keen To Make A Jurassic World Sequel

Even though ‘Jurassic World’ hasn’t made a penny at the box office yet - it opens later this week on 11 June - its star Chris Pratt is already talking about the possibility of a sequel, and he seems pretty pumped about the prospect.

When quizzed on the possibility of appearing in ‘Jurassic World 2′, the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star compared the idea of returning to hitting the jackpot twice.

“I’d liken [coming back for a sequel] to someone saying, ‘Hey, listen: You won the lottery. Would you be comfortable winning it again?” Pratt tells Yahoo Movies in our exclusive video above. “’Because we’re thinking maybe we might arrange it for you to get those same six numbers.”

Pratt plays Indiana Jones-alike raptor handler Owen Grady in ‘Jurassic World’, so if he’s talking about a sequel, then it looks like his character survives the dino-chaos this time around.

Box office experts are predicting big things for the fourth film in the ‘Jurassic Park’ series which comes 22 years after the release of Steven Spielberg’s original, so it looks like Pratt could have a second big franchise on his hands to compliment his Marvel commitments with ‘Guardians’.

One person who’s definitely NOT returning for any sequels is director Colin Trevorrow. He recently told Spanish website Bad Taste: “Jurassic Park is like Star Wars. Different directors can give a different taste to each movie. I would be involved [in the sequel] in some way, but not as director.”
