They arrived at the club at 3.30am on Sunday morning, after the unnamed woman told security that she had been assaulted by the 29-year-old actor.

A witness told the paper: “Something happened between the movie exec and Emile, and she said she had been assaulted and asked security to call the police.

“Emile didn’t leave the scene, and calmly waited for the police to arrive, and spoke with them until around 5 am, after which he went home with his friends. No arrests were made.”

Another source has reportedly said that no charges were pressed by the alleged victim of the assault, but she was considering filing a complaint with police at a later date.

The Park City Police Department confirmed that there was an investigation made into an incident, but released no more information.

Paramount Pictures has made no comment on the matter.

Hirsch was at the festival for the premiere of his latest movie ‘Ten Thousand Saints’, in which he stars alongside Ethan Hawke and Hailee Steinfeld.

A source close to the star added to Page Six: “He’s a really nice guy. I can’t imagine he’d be involved in anything like this.”
