Fast & Furious 10 may feature Paul Walker with the aid of CGI, according to director Justin Lin.

The Brian O'Conner actor tragically passed away eight years ago, but his significance to the franchise is something the makers haven't forgotten.

In the same way 2016's Rogue One: A Star Wars Story brought back the late Peter Cushing, Walker's character is being considered for a special return.

"Obviously Paul and also Brian is such a huge part, he's the heart and soul of how we're able to keep going, and so that's something that I take to heart and I think about every day," Lin recently told CinePOP.

"As we're approaching our final chapter, it's a conversation I'm having and trying to be as respectful [as possible] in how we approach it, and I can tell you that every day I feel like I'm constantly going back and forth, and it's a constant discourse."

The filmmaker continued to explain: "I know that the decision to have his character be alive in the universe happened when I wasn't part of this franchise, and I also really want to respect that decision.
