Fifty Shades of Grey Lashed In Hilarious ‘Honest’ Trailer

Sam Taylor-Johnson’s adaptation of ’Fifty Shades of Grey’ may have been a huge hit but it hasn’t stopped the funny folks over at Screen Junkies from tearing it apart in the 100th edition of Honest Trailers.

Watch it in full above.

Among the many barbs aimed at EL James’ book-to-movie adaptation is a hilarious cover of Beyonce’s 'Crazy In Love’ with the lyrics changed to “This movie’s written so lazy right now, the book that it’s based on so lazy right now."

The video also takes a pop at the film’s origin as 'Twilight’ fan fiction "written on a Blackberry” and the lack of raunch in the finished product.

“So, strap in,” intones the gravelly voice over guy, “for all the steamy action people were expecting from 'Fifty Shades of Grey’ like… emails… texting… contracts… contract negotiations… non-disclosure agreements… conditions… clauses… and tender missionary love making.”

Their online video show mercilessly lampoons everything Hollywood has to offer from the great and good like ’Captain America’ and ’Gone Girl’, to the not so great ’Green Lantern’ and ’After Earth’, but their 'Fifty Shades’ spoof is one of their most caustic so far.
