First Chappie Trailer Stars Hugh Jackman... And His Superb Mullet

The first trailer for ‘ Chappie’, the new science-fiction from the visionary director of ‘District 9’ Neill Blomkamp, has been released.

The movie stars Hugh Jackman (sporting a haircut than can best be described as ‘business at the front, party at the back’) alongside Sigourney Weaver, Sharlto Copley and Dev Patel.

Here’s the plot synopsis:

“After being kidnapped by two criminals during birth, Chappie becomes the adopted son in a strange and dysfunctional family. Chappie is preternaturally gifted, one of a kind, a prodigy. He also happens to be a robot.”

‘Chappie’ is released in the UK on 6 March 2015, and in the meantime check out the rather nice poster below.
