Watch: Clancy Brown talks about Kurgan in this new Highlander 4K extra

Highlander star Clancy Brown has revealed that he customised the armour he wore to play Kurgan in the 1986 fantasy film after finding it too uncomfortable to wear.

Talking in a new interview for the 4K re-release of the movie about his eye-catching costume — designed by James Acheson — Brown said it was 'gorgeous' and 'mind-blowing' but that it 'sucked to wear it a little bit'.

Brown admits he clashed with Acheson about the costume after he kept having to saw part of the armour off to wear it while riding a horse.
