Keanu Reeves Subdues Female Intruder Who Broke Into His House

Keanu Reeves utilised his strangely zen calm to subdue a woman who had broken into his house, according to reports.

TMZ is reporting that while Reeves was sleeping at his Los Angeles home on Monday night, the woman entered the house at around 4am.

Hearing noises in his library room, Reeves awoke and found the woman, in her mid-40s, sitting in his chair.

Rather than threatening the intruder, however, Reeves is said to have begun calmly talking to her, after which she explained that she was there to meet him.

Calling the police, and reportedly telling them to ‘roll quick’, the woman was later arrested and taken for psychological evaluation.

Reeves’ house, which was not alarmed, is ‘built like a fort’, according to the gossip website, making the intrusion even more unusual.

It’s also set in an enclave in the Hollywood Hills that is known by tour buses as ‘hunk alley’, with Leonardo DiCaprio living nearby and Tobey Maguire being Reeves’ former neighbour.

It follows Reeves’ former ‘Speed’ co-star Sandra Bullock coming face-to-face with an obsessed fan over the summer, who had broken in to her home and appeared at her bedroom door.

Joshua Corbett, who it emerged had an arsenal of seven guns at his home, had cut-out pictures of the actress and written notes on his person, one of which read: “I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you.”

According to reports, as he was lead away by police, he was heard shouting: “Sandy, I’m sorry. Please don’t press charges.”
