New Avengers: Age Of Ultron Trailer Unveils The Vision

A new ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ trailer has debuted online…and gives us our first real look at Paul Bettany as The Vision.

At the very end of the trailer, we’re treated to our first proper glimpse at J.A.R.V.I.S. in sort-of human form… and with a look that closely matches the look of the comic books, it seems we might just be getting the Vision we’ve always wanted. See below.

But for a closer look, it seems we’ll have to wait…

But first – Ultron reveals his diabolical plans with an impressive monologue. And after finding out what’s ‘wrong’ with humanity, he has a radical way to fix it.

“I was designed to save the world,” he says. “People would look to the sky and see hope. I’ll take that from them first. There’s only one path to peace – their extinction.”

Unveiling his murderous plan like a classic Bond villain, Ultron clearly has a touch of Shakespearean drama about him… and with a desire to extinguish the blight of humanity, it looks as though Earth’s Mightiest Heroes may have met their match.

And this latest trailer even hints at Ultron’s rather murky origins.

“I tried to create a suit of armour around the world,” says Tony Stark. “But I created something terrible… it’s called the Ultron Programme.”

This latest trailer features some all new footage as the Avengers assemble to tackle this formidable and incredibly powerful threat. And of course, Black Widow can’t help throw in a touch of sass as she ‘cleans up’ after the boys.

There's also a shot of someone wielding a weapon very similar to Wolverine’s claws, could this be our first hint that we’ll see the X-Men cross over into the MCU?

Unfortunately, it’s more likely to be a weapon used be a character we’ve already seen… Ulysses Klaw perhaps?

For now, we’ll have to wait and see… but I get the feeling that this latest ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ trailer is going to set the internet ablaze.

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ heads to cinemas on 23 April 2015.
