Pixar's Inside Out Character Posters Revealed
Over the course of this week, the folk over at Mashable have revealed a new character poster for Pixar’s upcoming film, ‘Inside Out’, each day.
The leads in the film, comprising of Joy (Amy Poehler), Disgust (Mindy Kaling), Anger (Lewis Black), Sadness (Phyllis Smith), and Fear (Bill Hader), are confined to the mind of a young girl named Riley.

Movies often release a number of poorly Photoshopped character posters that’re quickly knocked up, such as Marvel’s recent, woeful attempt with ‘Captain America: The Winter Solider’. But it has to be said that these ones look rather great.
Each one’s got a distinct colour scheme and individuality, with a closeup of the character, and, importantly, their facial features. The emotions are key, here, and are the centrepiece.
'Inside Out's' plot is an exploration of the turmoil that goes on inside the head of a little girl when she's uprooted and forced to move across the country with her parents. The thoughts in her head materialise into these characters, so it's imperative the posters include the varied, contrasting and interesting-looking personalities on offer.
Pixar’s most ambitious venture since ‘WALL-E’ is directed by Pete Docter. He’s also responsible or the film’s premise, after taking inspiration from his real-life experience with his own daughter.
'Inside Out' will be released in the UK on 24 July, 2015. Watch the first trailer below.
