Rumour: Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice Trailer To Premiere Before Jupiter Ascending

Now that production on ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ has come to an end, moviegoers across the world are eagerly waiting for the first official clip for the film to premiere.

And it has now been suggested that the teaser for ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ will debut at the start of February ahead of ‘Jupiter Ascending’.

The good folks over at Projection List have predicted that the clip will start being projected into cinemas in the United States of America on February 6, 2015 alongside the Wachowski siblings’ space opera.

For those of you who are interested, ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’s’ footage will also be joined by teasers for ‘Magic Mike XXL’ and ‘The Man From UNCLE’ as well as a full trailer for ‘Furious 7’.

However the footage for that quartet of films should easily be eclipsed by the first official look at Zack Snyder’s hugely anticipated sequel to ‘Man Of Steel’. That’s unless the teaser for ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ somehow manages to underwhelm. But looking back at Snyder’s track record for teaser trailers that looks highly unlikely.

Don’t get me wrong, ‘Man Of Steel’ has many flaws but its original teaser trailer was perfect. It teased the return of Superman, hinted at a new origin story, and even gave us a little glimpse at film’s action scenes, all to Hans Zimmer’s majestic score.

In fact the Comic Con patrons who were lucky enough to see ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’s’ teaser at the event euphorically endorsed the 20 second clip.

And all that showed was Ben Affleck’s Batman standing alongside his bat signal looking up at Henry Cavill’s Superman, who in turn stares back down at the Dark Knight and then flies down to confront his fellow superhero icon.

If all goes well ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’s’ teaser trailer should help to ramp up anticipation for the blockbuster considerably ahead of its March 25, 2016 release date. The only problem is you’ll have to watch ‘Jupiter Ascending’ to actually see it.
