According to movie site Screen Rant, the two films are looking at release dates for summer 2015, though they will likely choose opposite ends of the summer.

Justice League... set to take on The Avengers (Copyright: DC Comics)
The script for the 'Justice League' project is currently being written by Will Beall, who penned the forthcoming, star-studded period mob flick 'Gangster Squad'.
It's expected that DC's superhero supergroup will comprise Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and The Flash among its number, butting up against Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk and Black Widow from The Avengers.
But how the DC characters will correspond to either Zack Snyder's 'Man of Steel' interpretation of Superman, or Christopher Nolan's recently wound up Dark Knight is not yet known, though with a release next summer, the production of 'Man of Steel', with Brit actor Henry Cavill in the cape, may dovetail.
But it's thought that, while 'Avengers Assemble' followed singular outings from Iron Man, Thor, The Hulk and Captain America, a 'Justice League' film may spawn individual spin-offs from Wonder Woman, The Flash and a potential reboot for the poorly-received Green Lantern.
A director is yet to be confirmed for the project, but with a script in progress, this could be the project's next major announcement.
