Mark Wright wants 50 Shades role
Mark Wright has revealed he would like to play Christian Grey in the 50 Shades Of Grey film.
The former star of The Only Way Is Essex reckons the raunchy role in the upcoming big-screen adaptation of EL James' erotic novel could help him conquer Hollywood.
"I'd love to play Christian - that would be such a great part for me. Everybody is loving that book right now," he is quoted by the Daily Star as saying.
Wannabe actor Mark - who previously starred in ITV2's Mark Wright's Hollywood Nights - said while he does not share Christian's sexy fetishes, it doesn't put him off playing the lead man.
"I'm not into sado-masochism myself though, I'm more of a romantic. I swear I've never been whipped in my life," he said.
The 25-year-old, who finished runner-up to Dougie Poynter in the last series of I'm A Celebrity, insisted that he could make it as a film star.
"I want to be James Bond one day. Nothing fazes me. You've got to have ambition. I want to be a massive Hollywood actor," he added.
