Godfather House On Sale For Just £1.8 Million

The house from ‘The Godfather’ has been put on sale, and it can be yours if you make the estate agent an offer they can’t refuse (sorry).

The actual price for the mansion and grounds in Staten Island, New York is a whopping $2.89 million (£1.8 Million).

But for that you get 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 24,000 square foot grounds and a “man-cave”.

The house has also been recently renovated with nods to it’s cinematic past.

The exteriors of the property were used in the wedding sequence at the beginning of ‘The Godfather’, and the garden was where Don Corleone (played by Marlon Brando)’s famous death scene was filmed. See below.

Apparently producers discovered the 1930s house because actor Gianni Russo – who went to play Connie’s husband Carlo Rizzi, grew up in the area.
