Tom Hanks Shows Off Amazing Dance Moves

Wedding planners take note… forget the string quartet, forget mountains of cup cakes and forget table decorations. Forget them all.

Because the only thing that a good wedding needs is Tom Hanks dressed as a Rabbi, singing Montell Jordan’s New Jack Swing anthem ‘This Is How We Do It’.

Everything else will simply fall into place as long as this vital element is included.

Which is what made Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun’s wedding last weekend such a wild success.

Mr Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson were in attendance at the star-studded nuptials, along with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Carly Rae Jepson and Usher.

Bieber sang ‘All You Need Is Love’ at the ceremony in Whistler, Canada, as Braun and cancer activist girlfriend Yael Cohen were wed, but it was Hanks who stole the entire show.

Busting a yarmulke and tallit, the hat and Jewish prayer shawl oft worn by Rabbis, the ‘Forrest Gump’ legend took to the stage with a zesty appreciation of classic R&B.

Presumably, it was all downhill from that dizzying high point, even when Ed Sheeran did a cover of Blackstreet’s ‘No Diggity’.

Hanks is slowly moving into Bill Murray territory for making unexpected and generally brilliant appearances in unlikely places.

Lest we forget the superb ‘mock-wasted’ shots of him and a group of students he met at a pizza parlour in North Dakota.
