Watch: New Fifty Shades Of Grey Trailer Debuts During Golden Globes

While Hollywood’s finest tucked into champagne and caviar at the Golden Globes, audiences watching at home in America were treated to a new trailer for ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’, presumably while tucking into a family-sized bag of Cheetos.

It’s a relatively tame affair considering the film’s steamy S&M themes (watch it above), preferring to push the romance between Dakota Johnson’s Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan’s Christian Grey over, you know, the bondage stuff.

“You said you didn’t do romance,” Steele purrs to Grey in the ad, to which he replies, “I don’t.”

As well as debuting a monotone Universal ident at the start (shades of grey, geddit?) this new trailer offers us our first proper look at pop star Rita Ora as Grey’s sister Mia (pictured far right, above). She’s a guest at an awkward looking dinner party the couple attends.

The Valentine’s Day release date for ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ is looming ever nearer so expect to hear more about Sam Taylor-Johnson’s much-anticipated adaptation – and Beyonce’s haunting reworking of ‘Crazy In Love’ – over the coming weeks.
