X-Men Apocalypse: Prop Maker Reveals Hugh Jackman WILL Appear

Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine will appear in Bryan Singer’s ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’.

The news comes via a three-week old Instagram post from New York-based leather company KikaNY, unearthed by eagle-eyed fans.

“We were just asked to make a special duffle backpack for Hugh Jackman who is filming the new 'X-Men’ movie in Montreal,” reads the post, screen-grabbed above.

“We started sketching - The bag will be ready next week- we will keep you posted!”

They did not keep people posted, apparently realising they’d let the cat out of the leather bag and not posting any more about the job.

Jackman was always likely to appear in a small role. Fans are now speculating that he may be turned against the X-Men by villain Apocalypse, who might turn him into Death - one of his horsemen.

This has happened in the comic book series before and gave the character a new look which you can see below.

'Apocalypse’ will be Jackman’s eighth (maybe ninth but we’ll get to that) film apperance as the character and form part of his farewell tour.

He may also appear alongside Ryan Reynolds in 'Deadpool’ before 'Apocalypse’ is released. Jackman’s final appearance as Wolverine will be in the untitled third spin-off movie, which its rumoured could adapt the Old Man Logan series of comics.

That Wolverine spin-off will be released on 2 March 2017, after 'X-Men: Apocalypse’ on 19 May 2016.
