The tension between Chloe and Nicolette has been high for a while now and it seems that Nicolette could be about to make things worse. Chloe has just got back from Adelaide and she is out of sorts after seeing Fay.

Chloe declining Fay's request to help with her bucket list has caused friction with Aaron and now Nic decides to chime in. She tells Chloe that she thinks the reason she does not want to help Fay out is because she cannot deal with the fact that she will die – but will Nicolette's words only make the divide between her and Chloe worse?

The animosity between Brent and Hendrix may be high, but Brent is still doing his best to settle in on Ramsay Street and he gets some help next week from Terese and Jane.

Terese speaks to Ned, and Brent is soon thrilled to accept a workspace at The Hive. While that seems to work well, Jane comes up with a plan that seems doomed to fail – one that will involve Brent spending a lot more time with Hendrix at Erinsborough High.

3. Olivia Bell returns

After her tell-all book about Finn Kelly sent shockwaves around Erinsborough, Olivia Bell quickly left the area. But she returns next week and has a shocking proposition to make.

When Olivia runs into Susan, she tells her that she wants to write a new version of The Devil You Know, and she wants Susan's help to make it more truthful to what really happened. Karl is quick to tell her where to go when he sees her, but is Susan tempted to say yes?

Kyle's dream to keep the tram is on a knife's edge at the moment, and given that it is a reminder of the time he spent with Gary, he is keen to cling on to it. Karl approaches him with some ideas for how he can make the business more viable, but Kyle worries that he will be losing what made it Gary's if he starts cutting corners on the quality.

As he tries to work out what to do, he does not know that Paul is about to throw a devastating spanner in the works.

5. Susan has a decision to make

Following Olivia's request to interview Susan for her revamped version of her book about Finn, Karl is adamant that they must have nothing to do with her – but Susan is not so sure.

Susan finds out that David is thinking about talking to Olivia to help with his perceived image after he failed to spot the warning signs with Finn, and that gives her pause for thought as to whether she should follow suit. But if she does, will she able to handle all the memories of Finn that it will conjure up for her?

6. Kyle gets bad news

Kyle has been doing all he can to keep hold of The 82, and despite his best efforts, he soon learns that there is nothing he can do when Paul has any power in the situation. Paul decides to invoke the morals clause in the contract Kyle has with him and that means that not only does Kyle have to give up the tram, but he has no power to fight the decision.

Despite his pleas with Karl to try and help, he is forced to accept that his dream is over, and his friends and family gather around to help him through it. What will Kyle do now?

Amy's last attempt to start a business in Erinsborough proved to be a non-starter as Dipi intervened and ensured that Terese did not even get her pitch read. But she gets another chance when she hears that the lease on the tram is up for grabs and she thinks it would be the perfect location to set up her boutique.

Amy does not want to get into this new business adventure alone and she asks Shane to join her. Will he agree to take such a big step?

8. There's an accident at the tram

Dipi and Amy both find themselves in the tram at the same time following Amy's offer to Shane – and things soon go very wrong. As the two talk, they do not realise that a gas canister is leaking and by the time they work out what is happening, they both lose consciousness and drop to the floor.

Shane arrives soon after and is horrified to see the two women in his life in a bad way, but the real question is, which one of them will he drag out to safety first?

9. Fay returns to Erinsborough

Fay Brennan returns to Ramsay Street to pay another visit to Chloe and Aaron, and while they are delighted to see her, the mood takes a turn when she is clearly feeling disappointment that Nicolette is not part of the welcoming party.

Chloe feels awkward about the idea of reaching out but, knowing how much it will mean to her mum, realises that she has to. Is this the start of Chloe and Nicolette repairing their now tattered friendship?

10. Will Shane and Dipi get back together?

Seeing Dipi in a bad way at the tram leaves Shane shaken at the thought of losing her from his life for good – and it seems it has reminded him of how much he loves her. And it seems that this means the end of the line for his relationship with Amy, as he puts his focus on Dipi and gets ready to tell her how he feels.

Only he is stopped in his tracks when he discovers that she has been looking to get the ball rolling on a divorce. Will he have the courage to tell her that he wants them to try again?
