Alexandra Burke proudly shares first photo with her baby as she celebrates turning 34

Alexandra Burke has given fans a first proper look at her newborn baby as she celebrated turning 34 with a sunshine break to Monaco.

The former X Factor winner turned West End star looked every inch the doting mum as she beamed while craddling the tot in front of the Casino de Monte-Carlo in a picture shared to Instagram.

“This is 34. Thank you for all the lovely messages today,” she told her 264k followers.

Burke welcomed her first-born child with footballer fiancé Darren Randolph, 35, last month.

The Islington native – who took part in the 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing – has not revealed the gender or name of her child, after previously admitting to struggling with coming up with a moniker for them.

She told Hello! magazine: “We are still deciding on a name, but we’ve got a few floating around. Ever since I fell pregnant, we’ve affectionately called the baby ‘Grape’. I think some people may have thought that was their name!”

Burke and West Ham goalkeeper Randolph first announced that they were expecting a child together on Valentine’s Day.

The couple are believed to have been dating since May 2021.

They confirmed the news of their new arrival on Instagram in July by uploading a sweet picture of the youngster’s feet.

“Welcome to the world our little grape. We already love you more than words can say,” Burke wrote in her caption.
