I'm a Celeb's Dec mocks Nick's weird eviction comment
I'm a Celebrity presenter Dec Donnelly's favourite comedy target this series seems to be Nick Knowles.
Whether it's joking about using the DIY SOS presenter's music album as a table-stand or mocking Nick's now-infamous jam session with Biffy Clyro, Dec clearly finds Nick's bumbling quite hilarious.
This continued during Tuesday's show (December 4) when Nick, Harry Redknapp and Emily Atack turned up at the Bushtucker trial site to take in the crab, spider and crocodile-infested Wicked Warehouse.
Since the trial took place mere moments after Sair Khan had been evicted from the jungle, Dec and Holly Willoughby asked how the campers were feeling.
"Really good," Nick assured them.
A surprised Emily gave Nick some serious side-eye, before interjecting: "Well, sad…"
"Well yeah, really good and sad as well," an oblivious Nick doubled-down.
That answer caused the hosts to burst out laughing, with Dec turning the knife a bit on poor Sair as he quipped: "Glad to see the back of her!"
Nick smiled: "Magnificent to get rid of Sair, no, we're all feeling really good because we had a good feed yesterday but obviously Sair has gone and it freaks you out when someone leaves camp."
Nick's awkward moment definitely had viewers chuckling:
Nick basically admitting they’re all happy Sair’s gone 😭😂 #imaceleb

'How's things in camp now that Sair's gone?' , 'Really good' - Well at least he's honest... #ImACeleb

As for the trial itself, Nick definitely got his comeuppance when he was covered with spiders, crabs, a cane toad, a crocodile and other jungle creatures. In the end, the team won all eight stars for camp!
But Sair had the best revenge, since she was likely enjoying a nice meal at a local restaurant while the others dined on buffalo sausages.
I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continues on Wednesday (December 5) at 9pm on ITV, followed by Extra Camp directly after on ITV2.
