Who is Brooklyn Beckham's fiancé Nicola Peltz? A look at her billionaire family

Before she became the future Mrs. Beckham, Nicola Peltz’s life as a billionaire heiress wasn’t too shabby.

The 25-year-old was previously best known for her roles in the 2014 film Transformers: Age of Extinction and the television series Bates Motel, which ended in 2015 (and as model Anwar Hadid’s ex-girlfriend).

But Nicola, who grew up in Westchester, New York, also happens to be the daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz and former model Claudia Heffner.

As Forbes reported, Nelson, 78, has an estimated net worth of $1.7 billion - which, if you are keeping tabs, is significantly more than the Beckham family’s £370 million, or approximately $464 million, that the Sunday Times estimated in 2020.

Nelson attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, but ultimately dropped out in 1963 to head his family’s food distribution business with his brother. Nelson helped to grow the business, buying other food companies in the process, and by 2005, he co-founded the investment management firm Trian Fund Management.

Nelson’s firm has invested in companies like Tiffany & Co., General Electric and consumer goods corporation Procter & Gamble (where he sits on the board of directors). The company has more than $9 billion in assets under its management.

Nicola’s father has been a long-time supporter of US President Donald Trump. The two are neighbors in Palm Beach, and Forbes reported that Nelson even hosted a fundraiser earlier this year that raised $10 million for the president’s re-election campaign.

In addition to his Palm Beach home, Nelson reportedly owns a mansion in Bedford, New York, and two private jets. He has been married three times and has eight children with wife Claudia (as well as two children from his first marriage).

While there haven’t been details released regarding Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding, one thing’s for sure - it will be the most glamorous celebration of the year.
