EastEnders has revealed full details on Tiffany Butcher's brief return to Walford next week.
Maisie Smith has reprised her role as Tiffany for one episode, seemingly to tie in with Keegan Baker's upcoming exit.
It was confirmed last month that Zack Morris is bowing out of his role as Keegan after five years on the show. Maisie exited as Tiffany back in December.
Next week's scenes will explore the aftermath of Gray's comeuppance week, as the Taylor family reel from the truth about Chantelle's death.
As Karen and Mitch struggle to come to terms with what's happened, Keegan does his best to support his family.
His own struggles become apparent, however, when Vinny makes an insensitive comment about the situation.
Without thinking, Vinny boasts about how Kheerat tried to help Chantelle, leaving Keegan feeling guilty that he wasn't able to do the same.
Keegan later reminds Mitch and Karen that Mack's birthday is coming up and suggests they celebrate, determined to help them.
Things grow further tense at the Taylors' when Mitch and Karen have a huge falling out, prompting Mitch to find somewhere else to stay.
Upset about this, Bailey pleads with Keegan to intervene, unaware of how much he is struggling himself.
Vinny and Kat rally around Keegan as he airs his frustrations afterwards, highlighting how Kheerat picked up on Chantelle's abuse but he didn't. They try to support him, but sadly, their words are not enough to make Keegan feel any better.
Keegan then gets into a huge argument with Karen about everything that's happened, leaving her devastated.
As Karen reels from her bust-up with Keegan, Vinny approaches her with some worrying news.
Fans will have to wait and see what's happened, but Keegan gets a wakeup call afterwards when he realises he could be in serious trouble for his actions.
Keegan struggles to hold things together but he is left floored when Tiffany returns. Will she be able to get through to Keegan? And could a happy ending be on the cards, or will the estranged couple go their separate ways again?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Wednesday, March 16 and Thursday, March 17 on BBC One.
