Emmerdale spoilers: Faith’s death scene revealed, plus Diane returns

There are tragic scenes ahead on Emmerdale next week as Faith’s last moments are revealed. Diane returns to the village, while Chas' tryst has painful consequences.

Diane returns for Faith’s big goodbye event

Faith is planning a family seaside trip, but when her health takes a turn for the worse, it’s left to Cain to come up with an answer. His solution? To bring the beach to Emmerdale.

Faith is left overjoyed, especially when Diane makes a return visit to celebrate. It’s a job well done for the Dingles, and Faith holds a family photo against her heart. But Moira is left disconcerted by Faith’s hints that she might end her life soon...

Faith dies

Following the party, Moira will be seen trying to convince Faith to reconsider her plan. All of which leads to Faith assuring her that she isn’t going to do anything just yet. But a secret guilty look suggests otherwise.

Later on, Faith makes her veiled goodbyes as Nate leads her up to bed, unaware of the heartbreaking decision she’s made. After deciding to end her days alone, Faith takes a final look at the pictures from the joyous event…

Cain will then be witnessed arriving and realising what his mum has done. And as Faith drifts closer to death, he tries to make her as comfortable as possible before she takes her last breath. Expect tears all round as family and friends then learn that she’s passed away.

Chas to miss Faith’s final moments as she plays away with Al?

Al is set to be left gobsmacked when Chas reveals that she wants to be with him and not Paddy. The two of them meet up subsequently in a hotel, where Al reveals that he’s bought them a house and wants to celebrate.

Chas, though, is blissfully unaware of the tragic events unfolding back home. And when Al switches her phone to silent so that many calls from Paddy go unanswered, it looks as though Chas’s illicit afternoon may cost her a final precious moment with Faith.

Tracy and Nate get passionate again!

A recently returned Tracy is determined to tell Nate that she’s engaged, but the talk doesn’t exactly go as planned, what with the two of them ending up back in bed together!

Following the forbidden encounter, Nate is hurried out of the back door in nothing but his boxer shorts after Tracy realises that Vanessa is back home. But Vanessa soon spots Nate’s jeans and phone, and her suspicions are confirmed when he returns to reclaim his possessions.

Vanessa is then left in a state of despair when Tracy confesses that she is still attracted to Nate. But what does mean for her engagement? And how will Naomi feel should she find out about Nate’s betrayal?

Can Harriet win back Will?

Kim is looking forward to her wedding day, unaware that Harriet is convinced that groom Will still has feelings for her.

When Will then discovers that Harriet has decided not to attend the nuptials, he’s left nonplussed while Kim is puzzled by his change in mood. Will then arranges a meeting with Harriet and Kim decides to secretly follow, as she’s now starting to sense that something is wrong.

But what Kim overhears takes her completely by surprise, as it’s the sound of Harriet going all-out to fight for Will’s love. Just what will the bride-to-be do with this incendiary information on the eve of her big day?
