Rob Kazinsky has admitted that he'd possibly return to EastEnders in the future as Sean Slater.

He's had two stints in Walford up to now, with his most recent ending in May and bringing his mental health storyline to an uplifting conclusion. But would the BBC soap have anything to offer Rob now that he's made it in Hollywood?

For those unacquainted with Rob's film work, the actor appeared in video game adaptation Warcraft, Pacific Rim and even made a cameo in Captain Marvel.

Although he now lives in the US, Rob recently told The Daily Star that he'd venture back to UK shores if "a great job offer" came about.

"As long as producer Kate Oates, [and performers] Gillian Wright, Lacey Turner and Jake Wood are at EastEnders, there's always a possibility," he noted.

"People can be so cruel – coming from a soap background I've encountered a lot of snobbery. But do you know what? I've worked with Oscar-winning actors and, hand on my heart, when I went back to EastEnders I couldn't keep up."

Rob then elaborated on the difficulty of working on a soap like EastEnders, saying: "99% of actors couldn't do what the likes of Gillian, Lacey and Jake do on a daily basis. It's hard. People do not give soap actors the credit deserved."

EastEnders airs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights on BBC One.
