Former Coronation Street actor Sean Ward has said he’s been left homeless after sharing anti-vaccination views.

The 33-year-old – who played Callum Logan in the ITV soap – previously shared his thoughts on the COVID vaccine on social media.

He has now said that he's struggled to get work so had to give up his house, and that he’s also lost his car and that his teeth started to fall out because of stress.

Opening up in a series of lengthy posts on Instagram, Ward said “work dried up” because of his stance.

“NO ONE would hire me,” he wrote.

“No one would hire me whether in front of or behind the camera, all my usual ways of making money just stopped, eventually I couldn’t afford the rent.

"So I gave up my 4 bed house and move onto my friend’s couch. I had to put all my belongings into storage.”

Ward said that after a while he couldn’t afford to pay the storage bill and missed a few payments.

He claimed that the storage company then sold his belongings.

"My sofa, my bed frame, my office equipment, desk, chair, wardrobes, mirrors, all my coats and clothes and my projector,” he said.

"Everything to fill a family house. My whole life was in that storage unit. I lost it all. I was devastated but I couldn’t ask anyone for help because it was my choice to speak out.”

The actor – who also appeared in Our Girl - said he managed to get a mattress out of storage and that he has been sleeping on that in a friend’s spare room for over a year.
