Kanye West, 45, has announced that he has a “crush” on his former sister-in-law Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Stassie Karanikolaou, 25, in a new Instagram rant.

The Donda rapper shared his romantic confession in a now-deleted post on Thursday as he claimed he helped sneak her and her friends into the Balenciaga show at Paris Fashion Week.

He penned: “OK OK OK I’LL ADMIT I GOT JOHAN Fleury, Balenciaga’s VIP and couture relations director] TO SNEAK ANASTASIA VICTORIA AND CARTER INTO THE BALENCIAGA SHOW AND YES THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS I GOT A CRUSH ON STAS.”

The Yeezy designer also reposted a photo of Jenner getting ready for the Balenciaga runway show last week and appeared to take a swipe at the Kardashians.

Writing alongside the image, he penned: "JUST LIKE I TOLD [Givenchy designer] MATT WILLIAMS IF YOU [lose] ANYTHING BECAUSE OF MY POST I’M HERE THERE’S A CHOICE TO THE CALABASAS MAFIA."

Alongside Jenner and Karanikolau, Khloe Kardashian, 38, also attended the Balenciaga show, where West walked, one day before his controversial YZY SZN 9 presentation.

The Grammy winner sparked backlash on Monday after debuting his “white lives matter” shirt during the fashion event. He was also criticised for lashing out at global Vogue contributing editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson who described it as “indefensible behaviour.”

As highlighted by Rolling Stone, the “White Lives Matter” phrase – an appropriation of the Black Lives Matter slogan used to protest racial injustice, discrimination and police brutality – has been adopted by white supremacist organisations in recent years, and is categorised by the Anti-Defamation League as a hate slogan.

While at the event, West was photographed standing next to conservative Black commentator Candace Owens – who has been a vocal critic of the Black Lives Matter movement – who was also wearing the same shirt in white.

The front of the top featured Pope John Paul II and the words “Seguiremos Tu Ejemplo,” meaning “We Will Follow Your Example.”

Jaden Smith took to social media to reveal that he had been at the event, but left in protest.

“I had to dip lol,” the son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith wrote on the micro blogging site.

Adding in follow-up tweets: “True leaders lead. I don’t care who it is, if I don’t feel the message I’m out.”

Meanwhile, American rapper Boosie Badazz had some choice words for the Stronger hit-maker, calling him out as “disrespectful”.
