They've played husband and wife in multiple productions - including Oscar-winning film The Power Of The Dog - but now Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons have finally tied the knot in real life.

The couple, who got engaged in 2017, have been together for six years and have two sons, aged four and one.

They married in in Jamaica at the luxury GoldenEye resort in Ocho Rios, according to US entertainment website Page Six.

James Bond author Ian Fleming famously wrote all his 007 books from the resort, which is full of private beaches and secluded coves with white sand.

A representative for Dunst, 40, confirmed they had got married but would not give any further details.

The couple first met in 2015 when performing opposite each other in the critically acclaimed second series of Fargo, playing a married couple.

They later starred in the Netflix movie Windfall, the USS Callister episode of Charlie Brooker's Black Mirror and a Drunk History episode in which Dunst played Agatha Christie.

Spider-Man star Dunst had previously told the LA Times they already "call each other husband and wife" and said her second pregnancy had put wedding celebrations on hold.

She also once told The New York Times that she knew on first meeting Plemons, 34, "he would be in my life forever".

Speaking about Dunst, Plemons previously told US celebrity news magazine People: "I don't wanna do another project without [Kristen]. It's just the best."
