Kylie Jenner turned heads as she arrived at the Mugler Couturissime exhibition opening in New York on Tuesday in a diamond-encrusted headpiece.

The makeup mogul, 25, made sure the statement accessory stood out as she complemented the Statue of Liberty-esque piece in a demure corseted Mugler gown and black opera gloves.

The Kardashians star was joined on the red carpet by Mugler creative director Casey Cadwallader as they posed for photos outside the Brooklyn Museum.

Other famous faces in attendance at the glitzy fashion event included Julia Fox, Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon, singer Tinashe and Orange Is The New Black star Laverne Cox.

The exhibition, which officially launches later this week on Friday, November 18, pays tribute to the decades of exquisite and bold pieces from the creative mind of French designer, Thierry Mugler.

The retrospective will showcase almost a hundred of his designs, including one-of-a-kind haute couture pieces and stage costumes as well accessories and a section dedicated to Mugler fragrances.

Mugler launched his fashion house in the 70s, and designed iconic looks for Michael Jackson, Madonna, David Bowie, and Beyoncé throughout his career.

After initially retiring in 2002, he retuned as the creative advisor for the brand in 2013. Earlier this year on January 23, he passed away in France.

Meanwhile, Jenner’s appearance at the event comes amid allegations her partner Travis Scott had cheated on her.

Scott recently flatly denied allegations he cheated on the beauty mogul as he became embroiled in an online war of words with rumoured ex Rojean Kar.

Scott and Jenner were first linked in April 2017. They welcomed their first child, daughter Stormi Webster, in February 2018. They split in October 2019, but later reconciled.

Jenner gave birth to their second child, a son - whose name they have yet to disclose - in February of this year.
