Blue star Lee Ryan quietly marries girlfriend in Gibraltar

Lee Ryan has said he's a "lucky man" after quietly tying the knot with his girlfriend Verity Paris.

The Blue star exchanged vows with Paris — who he has a baby girl with — in Gibraltar earlier this week.

He told The Sun: "I met someone finally who loves and supports me in everything I do.

“Verity is a beautiful, strong and loving woman who I treasure, and I’m a lucky man to have such a wonderful mother for my child, and now wife in her."

The singer-songwriter said that he had never been more "calm and grounded" in his life and that it was all done to his bride.

"I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life because of the wonderful family life I now have," he said.

Ryan and Paris, who once appeared as a contestant on The X Factor, were first romantically linked in 2020 and live in Spain together.

They welcomed a baby girl together last year.

The pair didn't confirm their daughter's name, but a spokesperson for Ryan said in a statement at the time: "Lee and Verity welcomed the arrival of their beautiful daughter earlier this month as they begin their new family life together in Spain.

"Both mother and baby are healthy."

Ryan also has two other children.

He shares 13-year-old daughter Bluebell with former flame Jessica Keevil and 12-year-old son Rayn with ex Samantha Miller, who he was engaged to.
