Yahoo News Line of Duty/Bodyguard creator's show Bodies returns to iPlayer
Before Line of Duty and Bodyguard came into our lives to shock us to the very core, writer and showrunner extraordinaire Jed Mercurio created a show called Bodies.
Unlike his more famous shows, which tend to focus on the police, Bodies is a medical drama which takes some inspiration from Mercurio's former job as a hospital physician.
Airing for 17 episodes and comprising of two series and a finale, the show centred on a specialist registrar played Hotel Babylon actor Max Beesley, who has also starred in Suits and Homeland.

It follows the dark relationship between Rob Lake (Beesley), a junior doctor working under obstetrician Roger Hurley (The Office's Patrick Baladi) as Lake begins to unearth the negligent practice of his boss.
And the whole series is being released in its entirety on BBC iPlayer as of... right now, actually.
"Bodies remains the drama I'm most proud of," Mercurio said in a statement. "Based on my first novel, it was an extraordinary challenge to produce, as we set ourselves the goal of making the medical sequences as realistic as possible in an era before visual effects had achieved today's technical prowess.

He continued: "We pulled no punches in portraying the murky realities of medical negligence and NHS politics that was ground-breaking then and sadly remains relevant to scandals that have continued into the present day."
The BBC added more than 100 boxsets to the iPlayer service before last Christmas, and recently had a public consultation about its future, asking people about how they'd like it to evolve and compete with things like Netflix.
Meanwhile, Line of Duty series 5, which is already breaking ratings records, continues on BBC One on Sunday (April 7) at 9pm.
