Linda Robson is to star in upcoming movie 'Sumotherhood.'

The 64-year-old star - who is known for her role as Tracey Stubbs on classic sitcom 'Birds of a Feather' but has also appeared as a regular panellist on ITV chat show 'Loose Women' since 2012 - appeared in action comedy movie 'Anuvahood' back in 2011 and explained that it has been "nice" to make a return to acting for its sequel.

She said: "I had a role as a mum in 'Anuvahood' and all these years on they asked me to be in this film. It's great. And it is nice to get back to acting.

The former 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here' contestant - who has already filmed her scenes for the movie - appears as a disgruntled customer in a bank during a robbery and joked that it was a "great role" for her because she gets to swear a lot in her scenes.

She told The Daily Star on Sunday: "I get to swear a lot in it. Basically, there is a robbery in a bank and I'm one of the customers. I stand there and say, 'For f*** sake!' How much longer is this going to take? I've got the f****** 48 bus to catch!' This film was a great role for me because I quite like swearing!"

'Sumotherhood' is set for release later this year.

It is directed by Adam Deacon and also stars 'Absolutely Fabulous' actress Jennifer Saunders as well as pop megastar Ed Sheeran.
