Yahoo News This Morning viewers not happy with animal medium
This Morning has had its fair share of unusual guests, from the woman who plans to marry Tetris to one who claims to have sex with ghosts.
Add another one to that rank, as today's (January 30) show saw Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield interview a man who claims he can speak to animal ghosts.
Gordon Smith recalled that he started talking to the spirits of people when he was only 6 years old, justifying it by saying there was "nothing you can make up at 6". Erm, really?
However, Phil moved quickly on to the subject at hand, asking how animals spoke to him.
"You get a sense of a person," Gordon claimed, saying that "animals are similar" for mediums and suggesting there was a Siamese cat on the sofa.
Phil and Holly then asked if he could give them a message from their deceased pets, the medium emphasising that he could only get a "sense".
(We didn't get to hear from their pets in the end by the way.)
Gordon then did on-air readings for a number of viewers who had requested he contact their pets from beyond the grave (via notes, might we add).
