Calling all Pretty Little Liars fans: the HBO Max reboot has found another lead in Good Witch alumna Bailee Madison.

The actress and singer will star opposite Chandler Kinney and Maia Reficco on Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, a horror-tinged, present-day adaptation of the original ABC series.

Hailing from Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Riverdale's creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and Calhoon Bring, the new series is guaranteed to be a significantly darker version of the original show.

Inspired by the novels by Sara Shepard, the reboot will feature new characters and storylines and will be set in Millwood, a blue-collar town with a tragic past.

Original Sin will zero in on a more diverse group of young women than the original PLL. Haunted by a mysterious Assailant, Imogen (Madison), Tabby (Kinney) and Noa (Reficco) will be made to pay for the sins their parents committed twenty years prior.

Madison’s Imogen seems to have a pivotal role in this brand-new set of Little Liars. According to Deadline, the character is a "true survivor" and a "final girl" and will drive the mystery of uncovering 'A' while fighting for her life and that of her friends.

Commented on the casting news in an Instagram post, the actress said: "Who’s reAdy? I may be a little liar.. but this secret is one I can’t keep any longer… over the moon. beyond excited. and so grateful.

"Thank YOU @writerras @lindsaycbring @davidrapaport – I’m so humbled to be a part of this PLL world that you are creAting!" Madison wrote, capitalising some of the A’s in pure Pretty Little Liars fashion.

Unfortunately, fans will have to wait until 2022 to meet Imogen, Tabby and Noa and get hooked on a whole new mystery.
