Shirley Ballas shares health update after Strictly fans spot a lump

Shirley Ballas has told concerned fans how a doctor couldn't find anything when she went to see her regarding a lump.

The 'Strictly Come Dancing' head judge was alerted to a possible issue after viewers appeared to spot something when she raised her arm on the Latin and ballroom show, and she took to Instagram to share her latest health update and thanked everyone for their support.

She said: "I popped to the doctor this morning. She did an underarm test and breast test.

"She couldn’t feel anything, although she also thought that she saw something when I lifted my arm up so … maybe it was cameras, lighting, not sure.

"What we did discover was that my hormone levels are all over the place. My testosterone is that of men and my oestradiol is zero."

Shirley went on to explain that while there was nothing to be found from the lump, she will be going for a hospital check-up later in the week and urged women to always get checked out.

She wrote in the caption: "Lump an Body MOT for women.
