The BBC has announced which songs and dances will feature in this week's Strictly Come Dancing.

This weekend - where the remaining eight couples will battle it out - marks another mixture of songs from I Just Want to Make Love to You by Etta James to 2wei's version of the Destiny Child track, Survivor.

Mike Bushell, who has been in the bottom two for three weeks in a row, is vying to win over the judges with a paso doble to Tamacun by Rodrigo y Gabriela.

Meanwhile Alex Scott is hoping to dance the Jive to Let's Twist Again by Chubby Checker with her partner, Neil Jones.

Jones had been forced to pull out for two weeks after injuring his calf. He was replaced by pro Kevin Clifton.

As Sunday marks Remembrance Sunday, the pros will also perform a dance to Cyndi Lauper's classic, Time After Time.

This weekend’s musical guest will be West End and The Hobbit star Luke Evans.

Here is the full list of songs and dance:

  • Alex and Neil: Jive to Let’s Twist Again by Chubby Checker
