We've seen some hilarious sights over the past four weeks of Let's Sing and Dance for Comic Relief, but nothing has come close to the closing performance on tonight's (March 25) show.

All the performers from across the series joined up for a big group number to Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes's 'I've Had The Time of My Life' – of course made famous by Dirty Dancing – and it was INCREDIBLE.

Not only did we get to be reminded of all the performers that didn't get to make the final, but Mel and Sue joined in on all the fun.

They sang the last, heartfelt moment together, clutching hands, before Sue literally FLEW – on a wire obviously, but still.

Mel held her hands up as Sue zoomed over her and posed, it was all very Hollywood and we completely believed it.

An amazing choir kicked in and Sue flapped around a bit before dangling above all the performers to finish the big performance.

Taking the trophy this year was The Chasers with their Wizard of Oz performance, beating off stiff competition from Sara Pascoe, Rickie Haywood Williams and Melvin Odoom (and their wigs), Alison Hammond, The One Show reporters and runners-up, the cast of Casualty and Holby City.
