No, no – not Wetherspoons on a Saturday night. The world’s No. 1 website for finding toyboys, of course!

In a bit to boost their brand, the Toyboy Warehouse website (us neither) has made I’m A Celebrity star Carol Vorderman an offer she can probably refuse – a whopping £250,000 to register a profile with the site.

“Carole is a fantastic older woman who embodies the fun-loving nature of our site’s members,” trilled a spokesperson. “I think our toyboys would love the chance to chat with Carol and she’d definitely find a lot of fun for herself.”

Their generous offer comes hot on the heels of the 55-year-old former Countdown star’s shock admission that she prefers “occasionals” to full on relationships.

“One of my boyfriends, I’d gone off him a bit, and I decided to dump him before Christmas – they always get dumped before Christmas by the way,” she told co-star Scarlett Moffatt. “Christmas time is party time, I don’t think I should say anymore.”

Asked by Scarlett about how tricky it is for her to find men, Carol said: “It is because if you are a bloke they tend to be high maintenance and they like a lot of attention and I don’t have the time for it so I prefer to have a few. A few occasionals suits me fine!”

Carole split from her last younger man, 41-year-old RAF pilot Graham ‘Duffy’ Duff, late last year. No doubt she’s been sticking to ‘occasionals’ ever since.
