Vicky Pattison declares 'this is the real me' as she's seen in support underwear

Vicky Pattison has told fans 'This is the real me' as she was flooded with praise for posing makeup-free and in support underwear. The presenter and reality star is no stranger to sharing open and honest updates on social media which is often much-appreciated by those who follow her.

And true to form, in her latest post Vicky, 36, showed her fans the reality behind many of the glamorous photos she usually shares. Alongside the string of photos, which showed her sitting in a shapewear body suit with her dark curled locks appearing slightly unruly, the former Geordie Shore star penned a lengthy caption, which began: "Felt like the feed was looking a little bit *too* glamorous and polished.

"And as much as it's nice to be that version of me once in a while, actually behind all the ads, the expertly put together work posts and my incredibly talented glam team.. this is the real me."

Other photos showed Vicky during times when she's emotional, out walking her beloved dogs and getting ready in her underwear. The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here winner continued: "So if you got up this morning, were feeling good about yourself, thought your work outfit was cute, felt like your skin was looking great or the school run went smoothly..

"Then one look at the perfect little squares on here, someone's carefully curated glimpse into the life they want you to believe is their norm had you feeling some type of way, doubting yourself or feeling in anyway inferior..

"This is just your weekly reminder that social media is mostly b****** and everyone is just posting their wins.. You're doing a great job and your skin IS looking great today."

Vicky's celebrity pals and ans were quick to praise Vicky for her candid post with former Countdown star Carol Vorderman writing: "Such a great post.....clever young woman on the side of good." This Morning stars The Speakmans replied: "Just when we think we couldn’t love you more than we already do … you do this and take it to another level."
