It's a big week at the BBC as the broadcaster celebrates its centenary with some very special programming.

But outside of the nostalgia, there are plenty of other highlights at the BBC this week, including the return of Autumnwatch, Louis Theroux chatting to Stormzy, Strictly Come Dancing's annual Halloween special, and major new drama SAS: Rogue Heroes.

Meanwhile, Doc Martin airs its final ever episode and the nation's unsung heroes are recognised in The Pride of Britain Awards on ITV.

It's the 100th anniversary of the BBC and the broadcaster is putting on plenty of celebratory shows this week.

We've already seen a Strictly BBC theme tune special and Doctor Who episode The Power of the Doctor, but look out for more highlights this week.

Kids' TV: The Surprising Story celebrates children's programming, Paul Whitehouse and Harry Enfield present spoof documentary The Love Box in Your Living Room, and there are special episodes of The One Show, The Repair Shop and Top Gear.

Autumnwatch - BBC Two - Tuesday - Friday, 8pm

That time of year has arrived again - Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan are back with another season of Autumnwatch.

Based at Wild Ken Hill in Norfolk, they'll be showing us how wildlife prepares for the changing seasons and gets ready for the tough days of winter ahead.

Gillian Burke and Iolo Williams are headed to Wales, and of course there will be plenty of chances for viewers to share their own observations.

Cosy Cornish drama Doc Martin is such a TV staple that it seems unthinkable we could have reached the final ever instalment.

And yet, here we are, with Martin Clunes ready to bow out as the NHS's grumpiest doctor who has won fans across the globe.

Sunday night autumn drama gets a major new addition this week with the adaptation of Ben Macintyre's novel of the same name.

In the darkest days of the Second World War, a group of rebel heres form the greatest secret service team to carry out dangerous covert operations.

A starry cast includes Connor Swindells, Jack O'Connell, Alfie Allen and Dominic West.
