Woody Allen’s upcoming film reportedly features a 44-year old male character accused of sleeping with numerous young starlets.

According to Page Six, the main character, a middle-aged married man played by Jude Law, sleeps with numerous young women, at one point being accused of sleeping with a 15-year-old.

Played by Elle Fanning, 19, the plot twist comes when she is revealed to be 21-years-old. The characters then have a conversation about infidelity, the woman asking: “Were all these women for pleasure, or were you researching a project?”

Other actors to also feature in A Rainy Day in New York — written and directed by Allen — include Selena Gomez, Liev Schreiber, Suki Waterhouse and Kelly Rohrbach.

Allen, 81-years-old and married to Mia Farrow's adopted daughter, was previously accused of sexual abuse by daughter Dylan Farrow.

The case against Allen was closed in 1993, investigators saying there was no evidence against the director. Allen has consistently denied the allegations.

Recently, the four-time Oscar winner has backtracked over comments on Harvey Weinstein, having expressed sadness for the Hollywood mogul accused of sexual assault.

“When I said I felt sad for Harvey Weinstein I thought it was clear the meaning was because he is a sad, sick man,” he said. “I was surprised it was treated differently. Lest there be any ambiguity, this statement clarifies my intentions and feelings."
