X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger showed the remaining ten acts EXACTLY the standard they’d need to reach when she opened tonight’s show.

Curly-haired Nic literally snatched the mike from Dermot to belt out a mash-up of ‘I’m Every Woman’ and ‘Respect’ before the real competition began.

Former Pussycat Doll, Nicole pulled some slinky moves in a tight fitting silver gown, proving that she still has what it takes to wow an audience.

And that voice? Well, to be honest, we wouldn’t fancy being one of the finalists and having to follow THAT performance.

And it wasn’t just us that were LOVING Scherzy doing her thang - Twitter went totally wild, with Yes Nicole trending minutes into the show.

Nic also beat off some stiff competition from Simon Cowell to win the viewer vote on which judge is the biggest diva.
