Jacqueline Bisset Rambles Through Bizarre, Expletive-Filled Golden Globes Speech (WATCH)

Jacqueline Bisset will most likely wake up feeling a little sheepish this morning following her bizarre on-stage antics at the Golden Globes when accepting her award for Best Supporting Actress, confusing the audience with her rambled speech and even swearing at one point prompting many to believe that she was a little intoxicated.

The 69-year-old, who was the only British actress to win an award, was triumphed in the Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Mini-Series or TV Movie for her role in Dancing on the Edge but it seems she may have been celebrating already as she seemed a little disoriented when rising from her seat to accept the gong.

After strolling to the stage, Jacqueline became overwhelmed with emotion and struggled to find words for several moments before thanking the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for awarding her with the Promising Newcomer award “47 years ago.”

After losing her composure once again, she started again saying: “Scottish background to the front!” adding: “I'm going to get this together.”

It was too late though as the producers played the dreaded music in an attempt to cut her off, prompting the Casino Royale star to swear, saying: “S**t!”

Clearly undeterred by the music, Jacqueline continued: “Like my mother, she used to say, 'Go to hell and don't come back! However, my mother was not entirely me. I believe if you want to look good, you've got to forgive everybody. It's the best beauty treatment. Forgiveness for yourself and for the others.”

She eventually finished saying: “I love my friends, I love my family, and you're so kind. Thank you so much.”

During her speech, Jacqueline put the spotlight on others in the audience, calling out her fellow Brit, 12 Years a Slave star Chiwetel Ejiofor whom she needed for “inspiration.”
