Dog makes incredible open-goal save in Argentina

A dog has made an incredible open-goal save in an Argentinian third division match.The proud pooch decided to take a stroll during an Argentine third tier clash at the weekend between Juventud Unida and Defensores de Belgrano.

Defensores were already 3-0 down when a horrific mistake from their goalkeeper presented Juventud with a golden opportunity to go 4-0 up.

With an open goal in front of him, the Juventud player must have thought Christmas had come early, however the pooch had other ideas.

Hounding in from nowhere, beagle-eyed fans were stunned to see the dog save the ball on the goal line

Unfortunately for Defensores the divine intervention couldn’t inspire them to make a comeback, and the score remained at 3-0.

Unsurprisingly the dog’s actions prompted a brilliant reaction from the Internet.
