At 38, Olivia Wilde is all abs in a plunging cut-out dress at Harry Styles' concert

Olivia Wilde, like the rest of the world, was beyond excited to sport her funkiest 'fit at a Harry Styles concert in NYC this week. The 38-year-old actor and director demonstrated her flower power in a plunging, white maxi dress with petal-shaped cut-outs.

Olivia's strong core completed the unique look, as the mid-torso slits were perfectly placed to highlight her serious oblique strength. She matched her black platform boots to her black sunglasses, and the whole thing is simply fabulous. As Harry would say, Olivia's 'got the cinema!'

The director's new movie Don't Worry Darling, starring Olivia's boyfriend Harry Styles and co-lead Florence Pugh, is out now, and just about everyone is freaking out about it. As they should.

Even though she's busy with her booming career, Olivia prioritises making time in her day to get her body moving. 'There’s often a way to [be active],' she told CNBC in 2019. 'Rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around. You could often incorporate activity into your life.'

Olivia also noted that she'll get an extra exercise boost throughout the day by hitting with the stairs. 'When you have an option to walk or take a car, walk if it’s an option. I’ll take the stairs,' she said.

The celeb has also been spotted revving up her cardio routine with a run while traveling in London, according to the Daily Mail UK.

When it comes to her glowing skin, Olivia uses organic products to help with the adult acne that she's struggled with throughout her 30s. 'Your skin is your largest organ,' she told CNBC. Her natural products help to sooth her sensitive skin.

But Olivia is human like the rest of us, and she admits to not being perfect when it comes to consistently following her wellness routines. 'I think anyone who’s ever had even a small period of their life where they clean up their act—first begin to eat healthy food and exercise and use natural products—they’ll always say...I feel my best. But sometimes it’s hard to sustain that lifestyle,' she told CNBC.

From the looks of these concert photos, Olivia is as healthy and strong as ever!
