Demi is 'soaking up summer' on a boat surrounded by the bluest water, per her Instagram caption. With a pink swimsuit and an open yellow button-down, Demi is embracing her colourful side.

Demi's strong legs and core are a byproduct of her holistic workout routine. She's a big fan of dance cardio and has even posted about her rhythmic workouts on her Instagram.
But she wasn't always an expert. Demi started as a beginner at level one, with a 15-minute dance cardio routine in 2019.
Demi has also shared her dedication to having a 'tight 🍑' with a workout video on Instagram. She uses The Mirror workout to get some stretching and cardio in. And she must've been moving nonstop given the looks of that time-lapse.
Although Demi hasn't shared a ton about her exact workout routine, she has described how her perspective on fitness changed throughout her career.
While filming G. I. Jane, 'all I could think about was my body, my body, my body,' the actress wrote in her memoir, Inside Out. Her intense training consisted of 5 a.m. runs with Navy SEALs and brutal blisters, ET Canada reported.
'When I got home to Idaho, I had an epiphany in the shower one day: I just need to be my natural size,' Demi said in her memoir.
Now, the 59-year-old Ghost star embraces her natural figure and has even done a collab for a new swimwear collection for Andie to encourage other women to do the same.
The campaign is about 'changing this idea that women become less desirable as we get older,' she told People. 'We don't want to look matronly or not feel sexy.'
Demi is thrilled about turning 60 in November. To be more specific, she's excited about 'not being defined by a number and instead being defined by my experience,' she said. 'It feels very liberating. When I think of my grandmother at 60, she in a way seemed to be already resigned to being old. But I feel, in so many ways, more alive and present than ever.'
