Olivia Rodrigo has made the surprise revelation that she has "minor synaesthesia". The Good 4 U star, who is currently embarking on her first solo tour off the back of her hugely successful debut album Sour, shared in a recent vide that when hearing music she sees colours. Synaethesia is a neurological condition which means one of the senses leads to involuntary experiences in a secondary sense. For Olivia, she told US Vogue that when listening to her album, she sees the colour purple and that the colour was a theme throughout the Sour era.

After much anticipation, Florence and the Machine's new album is finally here. The group, who have been teasing new music in recent weeks ahead of the release of their fifth record, dropped the album on Friday with 14 tracks for fans to enjoy. Lead singer Florence Welch said in a statement she began working on the new material in 2019 as soon as they finished their last album. The band are also set for a UK tour this summer.

Speaking of new music, Kendrick Lamar's new album Mr Morale and the Big Steppers has also dropped and the rapper even references Kanye West and Drake's infamous feud. On the song Father Time, Kendrick admits he felt confused when Ye and Drake reconciled after their long-running public fallout – [insert line from song here?] Kendrick's new album is his first material since his Pulitzer-prize winning record Damn in 2017.

After eight years of silence, My Chemical Romance have released a new song. The rock band shared The Foundations of Decay which is an epic six-minute long track - the first since 2014's Fake Your Own Death. But despite no new music, the band have been touring in recent years and are set to hit the road again in 2022 after delaying their 2020 gigs due to the pandemic.

And royal fans will no doubt be thrilled to hear the Queen has made a rare public outing for the Royal Windsor Horse show to watch her animals take part in the parade ring! Her Majesty was pictured looking happy and relaxed from her Range Rover as she went along the sporting event, which is her favourite event of the year. The monarch's surprise appearance comes just a few days after she was forced to miss the State Opening of Parliament due to mobility issues.
