The Duchess of Cambridge attended Wimbledon today (5 July) and wore a striking blue polka dot dress for the occasion.

The Duchess arrived with Prince William to watch The Championships and the pair were spotted in the crowd enjoying the tennis and laughing together.

Kate’s chic dress featured a timeless polka dot print along with subtle pleating, button detailing along one shoulder and a belted waist.

Kate’s exact dress is the “pleated embellished polka-dot silk crepe de chine midi dress” by Alassandra Rich, but it is unfortunately not currently available to buy in the UK. (See the dress here).

The Duchess accessorised the dress with pearl droplet earrings and a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses, plus a white, boxy handbag and sling-back heels with a contrast toe.

Prince William and Kate were present for the men’s quarter-final, starring British star Cameron Norrie. The Duchess is known to play tennis herself and is a patron of the All England Tennis Club, the organisation behind Wimbledon.

Kate’s polka dot dress is a reworn piece from her wardrobe which she was most recently spotted in over the Jubilee celebrations.

The Duchess also opted for another polka dot look to attend Royal Ascot at Ascot Racecourse in June (17).
